Our customer had a requirement to customize the OOTB delivered SDX MOC process to suit their business process. After having initial workshops with the client to understand their work process the standard delivered SDX MOC workflow was modified to meet the customer requirements by our Systems Admin and Customization team. In addition to this, custom schema, custom forms, custom conditions, and custom methods were configured to compliment the work process.
