Our customer needed an IT and Hexagon application support team to assist with system availability and technical support in parallel with the onboarding of an in-house support team.
For this assignment, our team was embedded into the customer’s support environment and provided 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting support, as well as an escalation and vendor liaison role in order to manage and resolve system availability and application support issues.
