During initial reviews of engineering data, our customer identified a gap in leveraging the full digital twin capabilities. Due to this their business and operational requirements were not met. To address the shortfall, specialists from our Systems admin and Customization team designed and implemented a solution that gave the customer access to all required data for their asset.
